Sandra Buchan
Principal Business Psychologist, Programmes Lead
Sandra is an experienced senior leader, board director and certified Principal Business Psychologist with more than twenty three years of leadership experience across health, social care and the public sector.
She specialises in leadership culture, psychologically informed practice and the realities of leading in complex systems. Sandra is the Managing Director of Culture & Engagement Experts Ltd.
Terry Hudsen
Leadership and Management Development Lead
Terry is a portfolio GP who has held significant leadership roles in commissioning organisations, including leading one of the country’s largest CCGs, Independent Chair of Bradford Safeguarding Adults Board, and Managing Director of The Wicked Problems Hub.
Siobhan Lendzionowski
Leadership Coach and Mediator
Siobhan is an experienced senior leader, Board Trustee and qualified leadership and mediator. She has over 30 years experience across health, local government and the charity/not-for-profit sector.
Her areas of speciality are authentic leadership, supporting people to lead confidently both internally and externally, including across organisational boundaries, navigating career and personal transitions, and resolving conflict constructively.
Alan Pattenden
Trainer
With 27 years' experience in a Forensic High Secure Hospital environment, Alan has developed extensive expertise in managing complex, high-risk settings that support both patient care and staff safety.
Over the past decade he has held senior managerial roles, leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the effective operation of services. Alan provides training that supports managers to confidently navigate complex situations in a compassionate and professional way.
