This page provides guidance on common access and support queries. If your question is not covered below, please contact us and include your name, organisation and a brief description of the issue.

I have forgotten my password

Please use the password reset link on the sign in page to create a new password.

If the reset email does not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder first.

I cannot sign in

Please check that you are using the correct email address and password associated with your account.

If your organisation has recently enrolled you, your account may still be in the process of being set up.

My course details are not showing

Courses appear in the My learning area once your enrolment has been linked to your account.

If your organisation has confirmed your place and nothing is showing, please contact us so we can review your access.

I cannot access course resources

Resources such as workbooks, slides and videos are available within your programme area.

If a file is not opening correctly, please try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

My organisation enrolled me but I do not have access

This can happen if the email address used for your enrolment does not match the one you are using to sign in.

Please send us your name, organisation and the email address you are trying to use.

I have a technical issue with the Leadership Hub

If you are experiencing a technical issue, please send us a brief description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot.

This helps us investigate the issue more quickly.
